I have a Nook HD which has unfortunatelly stopped working. This happened at the time Barnes Noble ceased using the operation in the UK. Despite several attempts to contact a member of the support team at Barnes Noble, both in the UK and the US, I have been unable to get a response for anybody. Nobody seems prepared to try to help me resolve this issue. I am very disappointed and am surprised by the lack of care shown by your company to help a valued customer. I would really value your intervention in this matter to resolve the issue. I am sorry to trouble you with this but I feel, because I have had no support up to this point, I had no choice.
