Good day Mr. Schulman,
I am writing to today because in the first time in over 3 years with PayPal someone is claiming I sent him an empty box. It is a $450 transaction. Transaction ID: 0RN31995YV034153B February 20, 2017. Case Number PP005624108086. I emailed ica/na@paypal.com early this morning with proof (pictures and conversation thread from Facebook Messanger). The buyer received the package on the 24th of February and he stated he received the football card. I sent all proof with proof of postage and proof of sale and proof of the weight of the package. It was a 8 ounce package, which I have proof of the weight and proof with pictures. I actually have live video feed on facebook messanger showing the whole process of me holding the $450 Joe Montana Autograph card, bubble wrapping it, laid inside a small cardboard box, sealed the box, then showed the shipping label with his NAME and adress on it and taped it to the box. I can send you the video personally if need be. I tried emailing the video with the pictures to the said email from before, although, it does not allow video uploads to that email. Please help me pick out the Fraudulant member of your amazing corporation. I work in the nursing industry in Chicago Illinois and I well aware of this situation.
