Good Day,
My wife's 2009 VW Passat, which we brought from CarMax 2 years ago, is in the repair shop at the CarMax Brandywine, Maryland Store.
They have had the car for a month, and still have not repair the car.
They keep telling my wife that they are waiting on a part.
When do it take a month to get a auto part, with the store being surrounded by Auto Parts Stores, and Advance Auto Parts, within a 100 yards of your door.
The Customer Service is very bad there. Talking to the General Manager is no better, he just lies to my wife and father in-law. just to get them to leave.
We brought a car that they did not service from the beginning, Yet, we did not complain.
Yet, we still have been treated very badly, and this has to stop.
I therefore, at this time would appreciate that our car be repair by Monday 3/28-29/2016, or I believe legal action would be needed. We have to pay for a rental car, which I feel CarMax should pay us back the money for the cost of the rental.
