Good day sir.
My name is Chris Smith and I am from Durban South Africa.. I have an issue regarding a fridge which makes am intermittent loud "popping" sound. The Samsung technicians inform me there is nothing wrong but there clearly is. Please could you assist as I have been requesting this for 18 months now and keep getting told there is nothing wrong.
