Good day Sir, hope I find you in good spirits. My situation is this back in august of 2017 I was returning home from st.lucia with my family.the plane that we were supposed to take was delayed because of weather which I understand and I had time my return home for such things.We were then told to board the plane after a couple of hours.then about a half an hour later we were instructed to leave the plane because the plane had too much fuel.this delay set us back about 6 hours.we were issued a credit for 125.00 dolars towards a next flight.my family and I cannot afford to travel as much as we would like.so we wont be able to use the credit for anything and no one we know can use it either.i spoke with your customer service they couldn't offer any help.so I guess my family and I will lose on this .the delay cost me a day of work because I had to call off.I just wanted to know if there is anything you can do for us.thank you for your time.
