Sarah sent a message to David P. Steiner President and Chief Executive Officer of Waste Management, Inc. Email Address that said:

Good Day sir,

I would like the opportunity to discuss your policy on canceling service. We had to cancel our service with WM because we were not receiving service. We were skipped a week, and when we called the girl on the phone was rude and told us we had to prove that we did not have our trash picked up as her GPS said the driver was here. She was so rude that I talked to another man about it (names I do not know and WM does not have on record I checked) he decided we had to pay $700 to get out of our contract, and we did. My problem now is that I have been incorrectly invoiced for pick up of a trash bin that I own, they did take care of those charges, but there is a mystery $25 charge that we still have to pay, new WM rep is saying from the 1st week of November. I have been told 2 times before that my account is at $0.00 after we have been invoiced incorrectly. I would really really like WM to please wave the $25.90 charge that is still on my account, I think that we have been more than fair to your company with the $700.00 we already paid and would like to think your company would do the right thing after this many mistakes and horrible customer service on your part and take care of this. I was on the phone today with a nice lady that wouldnt budge an inch or let me talk to someone that could, that poor woman took a lot of time out of her day to collect $25. This is a principal issue at this point.  I look forward to hearing from someone soon.
