My name is Craig and I own a restaurant named Ephen Tacos, We are a smoked meat concept taco shop, all of our tacos are made in styles using smoked meats. What I would like to do is work with YUM Brands to franchise my concept! We are not fast food, but great food made quick!! I opened the restaurant in September 14 inside a bowling ally.
