Good day to you. I am writing to you today to discuss my situation regarding the IHOP franchise in Kenner,LA. I was employed by this restaurant for about a month when I could no longer take the verbal harassment thrust upon myself and my co-workers. The general manager at this location is creating a very hostile work environment. He yells at ,Complains about both customers, and steals from servers by hitting cash on orders that either customers have a problem with or do not show up for. He makes the servers pay for items if customers walk out. After leaving on March9,2016 when he said I was off, I spoke with Ty at Ruba Management and later was told that I was fired for performance reasons. I truly only had the best interest of myself and my co-workers at heart when I reported this abuse,and as a result Nadia Email refused to transfer me to another location. Never in my life have I worked for a company that operates this way. I would greatly appreciate you looking into this matter and allowing me to be rehired.
