David sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
Good day to you Mr. Post.
My name is David and I am a customer of yours and have been since 2013 and am also trying to work with one of your employees here about an extinguishment of an easement proposal that has been approved by the other five companies involved. I have hand delivered two documents for this proposal to the office here in Tempe Arizona and have had it approved the first time, but upon delivering the document I received from Glady, your employee to the planing and zoning department here in Apache Junction, Arizona I was contacted by the department director who's name is Larry and was advised that the document I received from Glady had not been signed or notarized. Mr. Kirch then contacted Mrs. Zeilstra to ask her to send a signed and notarized copy back to him at the Apache Junction planning and zoning department. Three days later I received an email informing me that Mrs. Zeilstra was now reconsidering her proposal to agree to the extinguishment of the easement. I have been trying to get something done in regard to this matter but can not.
Could you please help me resolve this matter with Mrs. Zeilstra.
Sincerely. David
