Good day
I live in South Africa and need some answers which are very difficult to get here. Please help me...
I own a new Samsung Galaxy J2 Grand Prime +, Dual SIM Cell Phone. A person from Samsung told me that it is possible to use one simcard of the device in order to create a wifi hotspot, and use the other simcard in order to make wifi calls at the same time, by using the hotspot as a wifi connection. However I possibly do not have the correct settings in order to set this up, as when I activate the hotspot then the phone cuts off the wifi calling and visa versa.
When I took this up with Samsung in South Africa, I was told that there is NO phone which can do this. Now my questions are why not as I believe that there are some iPhones and other makes, which can act hotspot and do wifi calling at the same time using only ONE simcard, so what is wrong with Samsung? ?
Please help me to get the correct software and also the correct settings to set the phone. Thank you very much and greetings from darkest Africa.
Kind regards
Andy Smith
