Good evening and Happy Holidays
I would like to take this opportunity to say that I have been a customer of Suntrust, from the days that it was called Citizen Bank of Maryland and Crestar, this year my company deposited over 50 thousand dollars into my account, but I do research and the month of November is a down time. I travelled out of the country and made a mistake by putting the card into a foreign ATM because of that the representative told me that I could not get back my $36.00 fee . I will go back to work in in January, my money was pending, and still I was charged the NSF charge the payment was pending I need and want my money because at this time Hi Grace,
I will be happy to research this for you.
I have reviewed your account and see that on 11/29/16, you had a beginning day balance of $39.40. Items were presented to your account as follows:
$41.72 to Target T1964 was paid $36.00 fee
$35.56 to Check #1306 was paid $36.00 fee
Each charge of $5.00 or more that is presented to a Non-Sufficient and Unavailable balance receives a fee of $36.00. This fee is applied to the account whether the items are paid or returned.
Please know that due to previous refund I am unable to refund anymore.
