Good evening. I apologize for disturbing you however, I am having a huge issue with the customer service that I received today at BBVA Compass. One agent hung up on me and I know this is not something that she was trained to do. It was a clear act of poor customer service. Ive been a long stating customer for an excess of 10 plus years and I didnt deserve the treatment I received. I simply asked for the 4 overdraft fees to be waived as a courtesy. I had an issue with some transactions going through that shouldnt have. The supposed "supervisor" that I spoke to didnt do anything to help the situation either. Could you please have someone to contact me to get this issue resolved asap. I dont want to change financial institutions but this is forcing me to if it isnt resolved in a timely manner.
