Good evening I just got off the phone with a very rude customer service representative . I have called he first time to see what I can do about my bill because I just switch jobs and don't get paid until the 30th the cost person told me if I paid half my 153 bill which would be 79 and some change I can call back and set up an arrangement for the other part of it for the 30th the day I get paid . So I had to call my boyfriend to see if I could borrow some money to do that so when I call back I explained what I was just told her tone was not pleasant at all and she said why didn't I just pay it than when I called the first time ? I felt that wasn't none of her business really and they way she said it just made me mad she told me I had to pay a different amount I'm trying to tell her why I was just told but she wasn't trying to hear me out at all I'm telling her my cable isn't off at all yet so she's mad now I'm mad I ask to talk to someone else so I stayed on the phone for an extra 25 mins for really nothing . If she would have explained it to me with out attitude or at least tried working with me I wouldn't be so mad. Even the person she connected me to said she was rude to her . After tonight I'm definitely looking into switching to somebody else with better customer service. Thanks for taking the time to read this have a good day.
I wrote this to someone on 12-19-16 they gave me a number to call them and I did they said they will follow up I haven't heard nothing since then .
