I wanted to let you know I am extremely disappointed in your sales department at Valencia Dodge, CA. I bought a 2015 Dodge Durango from that store and was told by a salesman named Stephen Doerbecker that he would order floor mats and a flashlight because they were missing these things prior to purchase. Since he promised me that he would order them I didn't worry. I believed that he would follow through, only to realize he hasn't. I have a record of emails from him stating that he has ordered these things, It has been over three weeks and I haven't heard from him nor have seen any floor mats or flashlight.
I understand you are a busy man but I wanted to contact you personally to let you know that this is occurred and hoped this issue would be rectified.
