Louise sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Good evening,
I wish to bring to your attention an issue I had with your website today.
I went through the booking procedure, and then tried to pay. I recieived an error message saying payment could not be processed. I tried several times, and even tried the PayPal button which would not link to PayPal. I contacted live chat to be told it was a technical error at your end.
I then had to start the process again to find the price had risen by £92.
Please can you advise me if this can be refunded as a goodwill gesture? I do have photos of the prices chat etc.
