Good evening:
I would like to make a goodwill request that the derogatory history on my Toyota account be deleted a few months earlier than it is required to fall off my reports with the 3 credit reporting agencies.
I am a reasonable debtor that fell on some hard times which resulted in my serious delinquency. However as soon as things changed I paid off the entire loan even a little earlier than it was supposed. However this blemish remains to haunt me and I have waited patiently and humbly for the statutory reporting period to end. I am less than 6 months away from the deletion date but I am forced to find new accommodations due to my landlord selling the property. I have tried to procure a new place but is being denied each time based on my Toyota account. I have until end of June to move but according to the bureaus the deletion date is November 25, 2016. They have advised that an early deletion is possible whenever it is at or about 6 years 6 months of the age off date. I am there now but the only hurdle is for the crditor to agree. Thus i ask kindly that you give my request yoir most serious consideration given my immediate need and circumstances. I trust that I will have your cooperation in this matter and I look forward to hearing from you soonest.
