Just wanted to let you know I spend 7 hours fixing a missed connection ( not your fault ) and every single person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding and was such a pleasure to deal with. One person who really was outstanding was Diego..I wish I had got more information about him but he was great!!
Thank you again for making your airline shine, in my eyes , when travelling is not always a pleasure anymore.
