A very disappointed Williams Sonoma customer.
Ordered customized gingerbread house as a a Christmas gift for my daughter's future in-laws on 11/23/15.
Item expected delivery date with original order
Did not receive acknowledgement of gift arrival,
so called Customer Service, only to be informed
that new 'expected' arrival 12/11/15.
NO emails from Williams Sonoma or third party
vendor regarding delay in order.
Furthermore, no confirmation of delivery
newly anticipated delivery date, which was today.
I have called Customer Service daily for updates,
tracked order via website, to no avail.
