Good evening Mr. Jelinek,
Im a long time Costco member and this is my first time using Costco for automobile reservationsand hotel reservations, it will be my last!
If you dont know how aggravating,exasperating, and antagonizing the program is, you should know. If you do know, you should be ashamed of yourself for permitting this piece of programming garbage to sully the name of Costco.
I have been a computer user as well as a computer instructor and this is the worse example of programming I have ever had the misfortune to use, I will never waste my time using it again.
