Good evening Mr Joly-- I have been a very loyal customer of BestBuy and spend over $2500 a year at your stores, Elite member. I just came across an unpleasant dilemma. I bought Orbi router (#5778700) for $449.99 on 12/8/17. I happen to search bestbuy.com and it was $100 off for the doorbuster deal. I called 888-bestbuy and the CSR was very nice but told me she couldnt adjust the purchase. I have never asked Bestbuy to price match any competitor, but Im just asking to match your own price. I could easily could have bought the item for $349.99, then return my original one that i purchased on 12/8 to receive credit. It would require some work, but the $100 savings is substantial. However, I didnt do that cause its not right because you would have to take it back and sell it as an open item. I have been a very loyal customer and this experienced can change the way I shop ay Bestbuy.
