Good evening, Mr.Long my name is Jim and I have policies with your company liberty mutual. I wrecked my vehicle and ran into another vehicle. Liberty mutual already did the investigation, I was totally co-operative with them. I paid 15000 for my 2006 Range Rover and liberty mutual only trying to give me 11000 with no new car replacement.
