Good Evening Mr Massey,
I am Cherie a Delta Airlines Flight Attendant/Purser of 20 years a very dedicated customer of Petsmart Banfield here in Charlotte. I will try to keep this short. I have studied very intentionally about Chinchillas over the last several months we have considered seriously this addition of a new pet to our home. I visited a few Charlotte locations and tonight was able to hold a female grey chin that I was ready to purchase. The employees were so kind to answer all my questions let me hold her etc. I did wonder why they explained that I could come and purchase her another day as with the high expense they do not sell easy. While looking at a fitting cage and the necessary supplies my heart breaks... however I noticed a woman came back to select items to care for my chin I so wanted to purchase. I understand it is hard to carry several exotic type pets and locally the store I was at is the only Pets Mart that I have seen Chins at. I guess I just wish the sales attendant would have given me an opportunity to purchase this chin as I was collecting the necessary items to take it home. He was very helpful informative with my potential purchase but I do believe he understood my sincere interest in the pet and taking her home. (I even have a picture I asked him to take of me holding her to send to my husband). Just a really unfortunate set of circumstances that I would very much appreciate your assistance with. I am sure it is difficult, your business, as live animals are such the exception and you/I want to know they are loved cared for like family making the purchase responsibility insurmountable. If you may assist me in finding another sweet female Chinchilla... Thank You! Sincerely Cherie
