Good evening Mr Rutledge, Today we switched to Spectrum for our cable. I am sure you are unaware that the cable guide my husband had to go pick up at Mayfair, is a piece of paper with channels on both front and back. Small letters and numbers with no plastic covering. Isnt your company aware that many seniors can not read the small print? The poor quality of a piece of paper makes your company look poor and cheap. The help provided is from out of town, not local people because you dont have staff to provide the service. The man was very efficient but did not have a DVR or cable guides. I think it is time for the CEO to look into the Wilmington , NC Spectrum help provided to the public. Very poorly run down here. I am a New Yorker living down here 20 years and nothing surprises me. I would shake the company up and turn it around in a day if I was CEO.
