Good Evening my name is Audra Voyak I know it's hard to borrow because it's a retirement fund. I have been with Masonicare for over a year now and I am surprised we don't have a representative to assist us when we need something. I applied for a hardship loan I was told that I had to pay taxes o the money agreed. I applied for 1.700 my tuition is 1,370.00 my maximum amount was 1,700 then I needed 200.00 more for the State Exam. My problem I had was I was told to provide information why I needed the the hardship I provided the necessary information not once but three times knowing I wasn't gonna get the money. and if I didn't call I wouldn't know that I need to yet fax more in formation faxes I had to pay out of my own pocket because I followed all the rules to be told that needing the money for school wasn't hardship I am so disappointed. Hardship to me is living paycheck to paycheck. My hardship may not mean nothing to someone else But it means a lot to me and I needed that so I can further myself in my liife better job and more money. I am so sorry I was mislead thinking when I faxed my paperwork I wasn't gonna get the loan from the very beginning when I was told to fax a third time I knew I wasn't gonna get it I am so sorry I had to write this . I want to know why it is called hardship when you need it and can't get it? One more thing it was only 1,700 of my money I have to pay taxes on next year to benefit my life and make it better for me. sorry I just had to write to you. I am very disappointed not with the rules of the company but with the process and the misleading. Have a great evening.
