Gareth moss sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:

Good evening , ref number 1803979/BMQZRI/EAA
I am very unhappy with you reply, and our compensation should have been paid, not just £20.00 for refreshments, disgusting. The aviation law says you have to offer us a alternative flight to Leeds with another airline, not offer us a alternative flight to Belfast with Ryanair.
In my party was a 3 month baby a 2 year old , myself who was not feeling well. My son needed to get back to Britain ASAP as he has sole company owner, and as you could not get us back to Leeds until a week later we had no alternative to go to Belfast .
I feel we were miss represented, and my lawyer said I needed you to be informed and contact yourself first to see if you would reconsider my claim, before my legal team takes over if you say the same.
Our holiday was spoilt , as only been given 4 hours notice to say we have our flight is cancelled was devastating . On arriving at Malaga airport we were given no information , why the flight was cancelled. The staff were useless offering us no sympathy at all, no water was offered or refreshments at all. My son needed to warm up the baby bottles, but nothing was offered. Shame on you to have staff so poorly trained.
I just dont understand why a alternative airline was not offered, as the understood we needed to get to UK ASAP.
Our party who paid you to contractually to get us back to Leeds , this did not happen , you did not offer us a alternative flight to Leeds as well as having payed extra to sit together again. No other airline was offered other than using Ryanair .This means that I should be offered compensation, as I have entered in my claim to yourself.
I am contacting my newspaper and other media outlets ,to show how you treat a young family and the children, myself a sick man suffering from mental health and ME,and other stomach problems, this myself very unwell with the stress, and the rest of my family who were so upset . This is your fault and you let us down again ,by saying it is not Ryanair fault. The French air traffic strike was expected , and yourselves knew that you should have had a plan together , Ryanair needed to get there paying customers back home to there destination airport.
I hope we can come to a decision without going down the path of solicitors which you may force myself to opt for.
Yours
Gareth Moss.
