Good evening sir,
I understand you are busy man, just as I am; however, I wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience with you today. I was coordinating a return flight home for my associate today and the service I received was completely unacceptable. I was transferred twice and spent mire than an hour and a half on hold. The line picked up only to be disconnected due to the voice mail not being set up.
I fly with Southwest regularly and I surely hope this was a one off isolated incident. This type of service makes me question my loyalty towards your company.
