While speaking with your rewards program / department, I was disconnected by one of your employees 2 times and when I called back a 3rd time, I was told to "F" off.
I don't understand why an employee who called my house to express how much of a great customer I was, would treat me in this manner. I'm quite discussed and as a share holder, I'm quite reviled.
