I am a former time warner customer (19 years). recently I called your contact center looking for a better deal than what I had with time warner.
I spoke with someone who told me I could get the same package as time warner and get a DVR for free and save a little money (1.14 )
after setting up the box I found out some of the channels I had previously I no longer have.
called back to the contact center was told sorry you were given incorrect information. if I want to get the missing channels I would need to upgrade at a fee of 40.00 a month and I could not go back to my old plan.
this is a problem I have to pay $40.00 more for the channels I previously had because I was given wrong information.
I escalated to speak to a manager and was told I would get a call from a mgr with in 72 hours.... I am still waiting.
I find it had to believe a business as big as yours does not care about the customer and will not fix the error they made, why do I have to pay for a mistake an associate made . I am told repeatly sorry and pay 40.00. this is bad business and I am not happy at all.
can someone contact me that can fix this problem. I have heard from several of my neighbors I am wasting my time because you will do nothing as well
