I am disgusted by the Customer Service I was just given and cut off in a CHAT by a Billing Manager. We were with Time Warner since 1986 and I can\'t afford my bill and when asked to reduce I was given $5.00 difference than $10.00 Difference than disconnected by a Billing Manager. I would never in my life give that customer service with the company I work for. Spectrum took over for Time Warner and I\'m told I can not get a new Customer pricing. 30 years of Service and your company does not get a poop. A family is going through hardship and wanted to stay with your company but wanted a better price and our 30 years of service only meant a $10 difference. Now we will be leaving Spectrum all together and I will contact the BBB about the poor and unacceptable customer service. My address is 10 Redfern Dr Churchville, NY 14428.
