Tanasescu sent a message to Michael O’Leary CEO, Ryanair Email Address that said:

Good evening,
My name is Tanasescu .
On 25th of December 2015, I bought a plane ticket went back, Reservation: NS3U6H but Ive lost the return flight on 05th of Januay because of the congestion on the road and on

the airport. I arrived on time at the at the airport, two hours earlier, as it was written on the ticket, but from the check-in area with all the verification formalities to the boarding gate we were delayed.
Another reason why I missed the flight is because of careless employees who sent me to a desk where someone had to ring to announce that we have reached the boarding gate but it was closed , but there was no one there.
I waited several minutes for someone to show, I returned to the boarding gate desk and asked an employee to call and anounce but she answered it's not her job, to wait for the person who is dealing with this kind of problems. After I ran exhausted and forth through the airport where we were sent , finally I was told that the plane took off and need to go to the office Ryanair to buy another ticket to the next flight , which was just over about 18 hours, time that I spent in the cold and fatigue in the airport.
I want to get my money back, since I haven't done anything wrong, but I had to pay for another ticket to return to Bucharest Romania from Stanted London.
