Good evening,
First of all I want to say thank you and great work for everything you have done to make Dillards a wonderful place to shop over the years but today I am sending you this email in reference to one of your managers her name is Krystal and she works in the Junior Department of your Seminole towne center mall in sanford florida Dillards. She treated me terrible when i went to the store, from the beginning she was rude and disrespectful, she was texting on her phone while i was asking her a question. She didnt even answer my question properly. After she expressed her frustrations with me she deny me any other help by saying I any not answering you anymore and I am walking away from you. When I left the store, I immediately called the store and asked to speak to a manager as she should be reprimanded... come to find out she was the manager, her exact words to me were if you have something to say you can come to the store and say it to my face. What kind of people do you have in charge of the store. She does not know what customer service is, she acted very aggressive like she just wanted to fight me. I dont believe she should be employed let alone be a manager. I go to Dillards weekly and my family does to, but because of this manager you have in charge I will never again shop at Dillards.
