I have an account at SunTrust and first of let me start off by telling you this has been the worst experience of my life. I have been given wrong information and a saving account open without my permission by your bank. Your bank has charged me almost 500.00 in over draft fees and I went into the bank and the gentleman gave me wrong information. I have called customer service.
