Good morning Bob,
My apologies for you reaching out to you directly. I wanted to inform you of an event that took place at Store 3745 10/14/16 16:04 (reciept in possession). I will be as brief as possible. I purchased items and requested $40 cash back. The cashier never provided the cashback only the receipt. I realized this after about 15 minutes. I returned to the store to notify however the cashier had left for the day. I informed the store manager who was not very interested in even talking with me and proceeded to continue lift boxes while we conversed. He stated the cashier's drawer was not over and there was nothing he could do. I am not requesting any type reimbursement from Dollar tree as the amount was very small however there appears to issues at this store and additional training may help.
