Good morning Craig, I am writing in hopes that you will answer the emails that I have sent. I bought Silicone caulking from your Waterville Maine store, recommended by a manager and associate (paintable-clear). after using the 6 tubes, I went back for more to finish the job, only to find that you can not paint over the Silicone. I have an exterior wall of my house that I can not move forward with, and I see no other choice of removing all that was touched and start over. I have filed a claim #2017-077-6749. I heard back with a $200, replacement of 6 tubes of caulking. 2 estaminets that I have were both $2,000. can you please look into this matter. Thank you. Jo Wood
