Good Morning,
I was supposed to receive a refrigerator delivery yesterday between 3-5 pm.
This refrigerator is for the Asperger / Autism Network.
We have a conference starting today with 50 people! Please see below information.
8/13/16
I got an automatic call to inform me that the refrigerator will be delivered between 3-5 tomorrow. Sunday
8/14/16
3 pm: I waited in the office from 3 pm.
4 pm: I got a call to inform me that they have delays and the delivery will be here say 4-6.
5:30 pm: Dispatcher, Brian Cadero called to say the truck broke. The are in Foxboro and will be here by - 6:30.
6:00 pm: Driver called to let me know that he will be at the office at 7:00. He was in Boston delivering. I am not sure why they did not stop here first. My location is on the way from Foxboro to Boston!
7:00 pm: driver told me he will be here at 8:30. He said he has another delivery in Brokton. (Make no sense, it is the over direction and far).
8:30 pm: Driver called to let me know he will be here at 10 PM. Then asked if he can deliver by 10 am tomorrow. I agreed to get the delivery on Monday.
All together I waited 5:30 hours on Sunday in the office!!!
8/15/16
I cancelled a meeting so that I can be available for the delivery.
9:30 am: I called the driver does not answer call.
9:31: Brain, the dispatcher, did not answer my call. He texted me to let me know he is on a conference call. I texted to ask for an update. He did not respond.
10:00 am: called customer service They transferred me to the store. I talked with Mike. He did not know anything about the delivery. Said he is checking. After two minutes the line went dead.
10:10 am:called Brian Cadero, the Dispacher, call went to voice mail..
10:12 am: Called Sears Holdings asked who should I too? The women told me to find my own solution and hang up on me.
Now I am upset!
Can you help me find my refrigerator?
