Good morning. I wrote your customer care office yesterday to share my experience at a location yesterday. Thankfully I got a call from Mark here in Edmonton to converse on the issue today. His response to me was that this was an isolated incident, this branch scores highly on your metrics. I suggested that they must do a great job when the boss is in town. The reality from my experience is that this is one of the dirtiest, poorest service locations and perhaps my sending feedback and photos of my visit to the CEO would help you as a brand to take corrective action. I was informed that he was not able to give me your information. Oddly I found this link on my first entry on google. I am compelled to share that if this location is meeting the metrics, the standards are set pretty low. Either way I was reaching out not to get anything free, simply to give feedback and allow your team to improve the perception of quality and caring. Can you tell me your e mail address so that I can share the photos with you allowing you the opportunity to see the isolated incident and why I was compelled to reach out? Many thanks.
