Good morning, I\'ve been listening to the news regarding the current flight cancellations which is – Michael OLeary email address

Simon Newland sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:

Good morning, Ive been listening to the news regarding the current flight cancellations which is obviously very distressing for your customers.
From what Ive been listening to some of your pilots are refusing to work extra hours and would like their contracts altered.
I work in the building industry I funded my own training in my 30s becoming a plumber then a gas engineer slowing moving my way up the ladder to now a mechanical project manager. It has been a hard slog whilst training earning very little money thankfully this worked out for me and Im doing quite well.
I suppose what Im getting to in my opinion people should go that extra mile when possible for themselves and customers when they are in a good position and think about others who might have been relying on those flights.
Has Ryanair ever thought of recruiting from people who are willing to do all of the above, obviously there is a large amount of investment training pilots and crew ? Im sure you would be inundated with applications me included.
On another quick note whilst I was training for my initial plumbing qualifications I worked at Luton airport for a company called Alpha loading the aircraft at night ready for the next mornings flights. I have to say the crews that I met were amongst the most friendly of all of the airline companies we worked for. Having flown with Ryanair a couple of times aswell again the service was great.
Sometimes its nice to receive a nice message as Im sure that currently most arent currently.
Thank you for your time if youve read this message.
