Good Morning Mr. Burdick,
I have Wellcare as my Medicare Advantage Plan for 2017 and have been having a great deal of issues due to the fact they are refusing to pay my Quest Diagnostics Bill because they state my PCP did not receive authorization for the lab work. As I stated to them, previous bills were paid why will they not pay this bill. Now, I received a bill from 6/2017, from my ENTs office, because they are stating its for a deductible.
I need HELP ASAP, before Wellcare ruins by excellent credit.
Also, your Customer Service out of country is absolutely awful. The people in FL are really no better.
Please email me ASAP regarding these bills.
