My name is Ruby Anderson and I am writing you concerning an incident which is keeping me from receiving my income tax check. I ask a 53 bank employee if I could have a direct deposit form with my routing and account number, I received the form and I gave it to my tax accountant whom prepares my taxes and the information was given to the irs. I had no idea the routing number on the form was incorrect and the irs doesnt update bank info. I informed the bank manager of the situation and they are telling me there is nothing they can do and my money will be sent back to the irs because of the incorrect routing number. I would like for my money to be deposited into my account instead of being sent back because this was a 53 bank error. Can someone please put a note in the system or inform the correct parties please... and Thank you for taking the time. Best regurads
