Good Morning Mr Claure ~ I'd like to start by saying that I have been a long time customer of Sprint. I've always stayed with Sprint because they have wonderful customer service and I like being able to use the Sprint chat to get things fixed BUT what I'd really like to see is Sprint wanting to keep my service. With all the offers to other competitors customers to switch over to Sprint how about giving your long time customers a great deal to STAY with Sprint?
