Good morning Mr. Cook. I am writing this to you as a longstanding apple user and proponent.
I understand that there have been widespread issues with updates and battery life that have caused slowdowns in performance of your products.
WE all have hic-cups in business. The problem is that when the solution is found by C suite and eventually filters down to employees, the information that they unfortunately are disseminating is evasive as they may not have the product (batteries) to service the problem but use deflection as their delay tactic.
WE have been in twice to a local apple store to replace battery to be told dont call us - we will call you. After a long time on the telephone as a follow up - now being told product will be available possibly in May. I send this directly to you because after all that is where the buck stops. Being in business for over 35 years, my gut is to say that you will eventually lose market share.
I hope I and my firm remain loyal apple users but unfortunately not if this trend continues.
