I have a problem with Furture Ford at Madsion and I80.
This is over a Ford Fustion 16, that I really didnt want, but purchased on a 3 year lease.
This was in Auguest of 2015. A few months ago I wanted to upgrade to a All Wheel Drive Small SUV. I did not want another ford I wanted a subaru forester. I went to another dealership and sat there for 4 hours and they said they could do nothing because Ford would release nothing to them. I was told by the other dealership that if I wanted another car to come to Future Ford. I did not want to go back to fort because I did not want a nother ford the value drops 10,000 dollars as you drive of the lot and because of the service I receive there. It was unbeivable, I had another person with and that person knows what said. Theres nothing wrong with the fusion it's just that I wanted a little s_u_v with 4 wheel drive this is when this nightmare began and went on for about 3 months. I got a letter from ford stating that my loan was not approved and I was not going to be able to get a ford escape which I did not want. I can't remember all the names but I was told by 4 or 5 salesman managers, that I have had a loan approved for 26k, that I can come and pick which ever 1 I wanted and they would set up all the documentation for me and do all the paperwork all I had to do was come in and I'll bring my car and and dr of a new 1 that I did not want to do that and I ask them if they can get another kind of car for me sure they said that that did not happen so I'm very happy that I'm very disappointed in office sales people at future ford I know what your job is butts I've been told a lot of things that was not true when I got 40 version and my daughter was with me and she heard every word of the sales people said so I'm just very of upset this is been a tough nightmare for me and I just wanted someone to know what they are doing at the ford future at pizza apologize the future ford in sacramento on I 80 in madison avenue I wanted a subaru forester or maybe a kia sedona something that surprise the value of the vehicle would not drop so much and it would last a little longer that's all I want it I I don't understand why this not happen I have a good down payment I want my payment slow like there are in the fusion I have a van a dodge caravan that I'm keeping and my daughter drive it sometimes but I wanted a little off lol s_u_v forster or a test that ikea that I never could get 1 so I need to stop and I'm very upset by chris a very disappointed in fort into I did not want in xscape value drops that I just do not wanna for car so I just wanted you to know um what time does the is you that I had at fort usually at apologize at the future ford and I'm very very disappointed in ford and in there sales people sales managers retail managers whatever I'm very very upset. thank you Beverly
