My name is Lawrence White and I have been a loyal Ford customer for many years. I am the owner of a 1977 Thunderbird, 1983 Lincoln Mark VI and a 2003 Eddie Bauer Ford Expedition. I have not had many issues with my ford vehicles over the years until I purchased the Ford Expedition. I have replaced the Radio/CD player in the Expedition 3 times. The radio will play fine, but the CD will stop operating. I took it to the Ford dealership to have it checked out and they stated there is nothing wrong with the wiring, but there is a CD player issue. Being retired, I cannot afford a $635 replacement fee for a Radio/CD player on a fixed income. I am inquiring if Ford can grant any assistance in replacing the Radio/CD player in my Ford Expedition.
