Good morning Mr. Hirai my name is Galo and im from Ecuador. I live in Russiaand i have a very big problem with my cellphone, i got a sony xperia z5 premium and the first three weeks it worked very good but then i went to Germany because i got a intership and after three days my cellphone did not want to work anymore, i waited until i arrive to Russia and the fixed it but three weeks later my cellphone was very bad again, i couldnt heard the other person and it was really hot when i touch it so i decided to give it back to Sony centre here in Moscow but i dont want anymore this cellphone and i want them to change it for a xz premium and of course i will pay the difference but they are not going to help, after 8 months i will leave this country and im afraid that my cellphone will not work anymore and i cant go to Russia just for fix my cellphone. please help me.
