I'm customer of nespresso, by the end of the year 2015 i have received 2 nespresso machines as gift. At that time it was promotion on capsules, i have felt the application for both machines, i have received confirmation of accepting the offer of £45 for the 1st machine and another confirmation for the 2nd machine.
i received only the £45 for the 1st machine, when i sent an email to customer service they called me and they said we are not offering you the £45 for the 2nd one, but i've a proof that both machines were accepted.
Now i'm writing to you to get helpped and get back on my account what they offered me. If you need a copy of emails i received from Nespresso, please don't hesitate to contact me.
