Good morning Mr. Kelly

I am Ms. Colette i have been a loyal customer for many years and on occassion have experienced a few bumps with Southwest. Although handled immediately and professionally and at times even been compensated. Today I am not recieving such service.
I have been disregarded as a person with nasty rude customer service out of your New Orleans location, by staff operating as supervisors. I was on standby after being gifted a buddy pass to fly into the area on an emergency after learning my father had expired. I for the 2nd time had to reshedule my return due to the powers that be no problem. But on yesterday I asked to retrieve my luggage that had not been loaded on the flight . The bags contained frozen meat. Several hrs later with no assistance I gave up and called for family to pick me up.
I have until 1am made calls to Sacramento luggage dept. Friends in the area to located these bags no luck. Today I am told that my bags went somewhere and showed up at 3 am, in my opinion a deliberate disregard for customer service and just decency.
I am asking that you please give me a call directly or someone in your office I understand your duties and respect your position for time .
