Good Morning Mr Levatich, I have always loved Harley Davidson but right now I dont think to highly of them. Please read this entire message and I would appreciate a response. I bought a 2017 Ultra Classic Limited from Barbed Wire Harley in Dekalb ILLINOIS. My 3 rd bike bought from the same dealer. I have not one complaint with them at all they are fantastic. They seem lost at what to do here and they know my frustration all to well. My issue is with Harley Davidson not backing their product and the response I got from your customer service person.
I have had an on going electrical issue. It has been to the dealer 4 times and they cant seem to find the problem. I turn on the ignition and all the lites flash and it says enter pin. Before I knew how to enter the pin I would just turn the ignition off and wait and it about 2 or 3 minutes it would start. I was shown how to enter the pin. Now in the last week it has happen twice again the first time I entered the pin and the bike starts. The second time it did the same thing I got the first number of my pin entered was entering the second and everything flashed and cleared and I started the bike. Barbed Wire Harley has had the bike 4 times. I am not making anything up I do have witnesses that have seen this happen. I have been very patient but at this point I think the bike should be replaced !!! and Harley should tear into it. I have called Milwaukee with a case number of 3174770 and spoke to Rich. He seemed very receptive to my concerns the first time but the second time didnt seem to care. I am very frustrated and find it very hard to compliment your product at this point.
