Mae sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Good morning Mr O'Leary,
I hope you take time of your busy schedul to read this email.
As a family of 4 we are booked on flight HIIUFI 29TH August,unfortunately my SISTER-IN-LAW and her husband has had to cancel their holiday as she was diagnosed with having a SHADOW ON THE LUNG and a TUMOUR in the OESOPHAGUS needless to say this has come as a huge devastating blow for all the family completely out of the blue,I have tried for a refund with a supporting doctors letter but the email I got back I felt was a bit cold and just to claim off holiday insurance it is all too easy to pass the buck I feel so sad that Ryanair has let us down so could you please get me some form of cancellation letter.
Your help on this matter would be greatly appriciated,please do not pass it on to customer services I am going round in circles with them.
