Hope you are well. The reason I decided to write to you is that I am not getting a reasonable response to an issue I am in. I had a flights booked to travel with my 3 and 5 years old kids on their half term but... I badly broke my ankle and doctor advised not to travel. I totally understand of your policy and non-refundable case but... is this circumstances would refund be available please? Very forward to your reply.
