Good morning Mr. Peck,
I am contacting you today about a screw up in the Customer Service Department at Old Navy. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to email me a gift card that was promised to me. It is case Not only has the gift card not been sent, but I have called your customer service dept. 4 times and the wait time is at least 30 minutes and have never gotten anyone on the phone. This is frustrating to me. This terrible service, I'm sure is not acceptable to you. It is unacceptable to me as a customer. I am waiting for a $10 card, which I think should be $50 now, for the waste of my time and the difficulty in getting through to your customer service department. Old Navy has spent millions of dollars building a brand which Is being tarnished by a customer service department that is either understaffed or under performing. Plus, as CEO, you need to know when a division is not hitting the mark. Thanks in advance for your help in getting this situation resolved. My contact info is below.
